The Civil Society ESDA, for its acronym: Environment, Society, Development and Environment, is a venture started in 2017, which seeks to carry out studies of the impact of public policies at the national level, as well as explorations carried out in order to generate objective diagnoses and empirical for the generation of results and recommendations that seek the generation of policies for the improvement of the quality of life of Venezuelans.

ESDA’s main project is the Venezuelan Public Services Observatory (OVSP), which maintains a periodic household survey to monitor their quality and perception, in the main cities of the country, specifically in the areas of Electricity , Water, Urban Cleanliness, Domestic Gas and Telecommunications.

Within the “UN Sustainable Development Goals”, the activities undertaken by the team are aimed at strengthening: 1 (End of Poverty). 3 (Health and Wellness), 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and 17 (Partnerships to achieve the objectives).
