She earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a Master’s degree in Agri-Food Chains from the University of Toulouse III, France. She has also a Master’s degree in Food Innovation from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy

Since 2017, she has been working as an innovation consultant supporting institutions, entrepreneurs and companies (regardless of size or their field) to study their markets and better understand their consumers. To do so, she combines innovative methodologies including: Design Sprint, Design Thinking, Deep Dive and Agile.

He is an independent international consultant with experience in project management, intellectual property, technology products protection and the development of better practices for transparency.  Víctor has developed efficient and useful services for Fortune 500 companies. His extensive experience as a legal professional and corporate advisor, has allowed him to help companies from different fields.

In technology, Víctor has provided professional services to prestigious companies such as Hewlett Packard, Apple, Samsung and Huawei.  For the pharmaceutical industry, he provided support in products protection for manufactures Pfizer, Sanofi and Bristol New York.

Víctor received training in project financial management and administration during his time at Inter-American Development Bank. As a project manager, he has been a counterpart with Inter-American Development Bank in public financial sector modernization projects. And has also participated in the board of directors of international cooperation funds such as the Association of Caribbean States based in Trinidad & Tobago, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development based in Rome.

In 1991, Víctor started working as a legal advisor for the human rights organization NGO PROVEA, and was awarded a diploma in human rights from the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights in Costa Rica (1993). He has postgraduate studies at Universidad Metropolitana, where he was awarded diplomas in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (2003), and also a diploma in Hydrocarbons Law (2017).

Additionally, Víctor provides free support to Venezuelan entrepreneurs so they can consolidate and accelerate their projects. And he helps them strengthen essential foundations for their long-term sustainability and development.

Marketing expert.

 

She is director and Co-Founder of Piña Colada Digital, a marketing agency that focus on digital strategies to help clients achieve their goals. She is passionate about creativity and possesses a strong inclination to collaborate in social projects. She currently manages the communications of three non-profit foundations with her agency. She earned a degree in Communications at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, in Caracas. And has more than thirteen years of experience as a creative writer. Was awarded at Festival de Jóvenes Creativos (ANDA), in Caracas. She has earned diplomas in creative writing and audiovisual script. And is also a photographer. She studied photography at Taller de Fotografía de Roberto Mata, in Caracas. Natasha has produced documentary projects, participated in different exhibitions and has built a wide portfolio of commercial photography.

She loves to meet new people and places, and her work in documentary photography allows her to do so. She was a dancer for many years, and is now taking a course to become a yoga instructor.

He is a facilitator and specialist in strategic innovation, with more than 20 years of experience in the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship processes and tools in the corporate sector and Startups in Latin America.

Co-founder of Impact Hub Corporate Services and Business Director of THINK for Latin America, the school of innovation and creative leadership founded with the collaboration of McKinsey, Amazon, Pixar and the Stanford School of design in Amsterdam. Juan Claudio has attended programs in Stanford mediaX, Vancouver, Lisbon, Sao Paulo and Shanghai.

He has worked as an advisor and coach of strategy and innovation for Fortune 1000 and many companies. Among its clients and friends are companies and institutions such as the World Bank, the German Development Agency – GIZ, AES, PWC, Brenntag, Grupo Lamosa México, LG, CadburyAdams, Saber Travel Network, American Express, BBVA, and Cinepolis. He is advisor and mentor for several ventures in Edtech, Big Data and urban mobility.

Juan Claudio has been a lecturer and facilitator in more than 200 regional events. He is an instructor of the TEC Beyond program at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Collaborator of the book “Innovation the Art of Inventing the Future” with Luigi Valdés and the book “Knowledge and Competencies in 21st Century Organizations”.

Joaquín is a curious person, self-taught and passionate about research. Always looking for new things to learn. He is a graduate in Accounting at Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), and later on obtained a degree in Business Management from Universidad Santa Maria. His desire to continue growing led him to be a researcher at the Institute of Economic and Social Research (IIES) of FACES; where he was part of the project: “The Caribbean Tribal Societies of Caracas, their Ancestral Culture” from 2003 to 2005. His passion for teaching would lead him to become a professor of methodology at Universidad Central de Venezuela.

He worked in the telecommunications industry, at CANTV (Venezuela telephone Company), and gained ten years of experience. Then, he worked in banking and finance for nine years. 

He was certified as a Leadership Trainer in the School of High Impact Leadership (ELAI), becoming General Director of this organization in 2018. He has always been committed to nurture emerging leaders in the country and in Latin America.

Iva is an Electronic Engineer with a Master’s in Mobile Communications. She also completed Postgraduate studies in Audiovisual Interactivity. She reinvented herself as a specialist in Innovation Strategies applying Design Thinking. She is an autodidact who loves to learn, and has lots of experience in Design Thinking, Innovation, Business Modelling and Service Design. She also gained a lot of experience in change processes, creative leadership, validation of ideas through prototypes and iteration processes.

He is also a certified Facilitator in Advisory Sales in the People Buy People methodology from Neural Consultants. He is a member of the International Chamber of Entrepreneurs, CAINEM. And columnist in Dominican Republic’s magazine Factor de Éxito.

He has been a lecturer at universities in Chile, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Curacao. He is very skilled in the Harvard case study methodology, the “learning by doing” approach, distance education systems and high-impact facilitation techniques.
