She is Manager of Training and Mentoring Programs at Impact Hub Caracas. She offers support to entrepreneurs and a variety of programs in design and innovation, incubation, acceleration and escalation programs.  She is also an expert in co-creating innovative opportunities between entrepreneurs and the private industry.

She worked in Telecommunications for ten years, mainly in the area of Product Development for companies. She has extensive experience in leading projects and managing work teams. She also worked for Citibank N.A., in Cash Management Products (Venezuela), and at the Superintendence of Banks in Venezuela in the Risk Management department.

She earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from IESA and is a graduate Computer Engineer from Universidad Simón Bolívar. She completed a Diploma in Inbound Marketing at IESA in 2017. She is a mother of two and loves running.
