She earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a Master’s degree in Agri-Food Chains from the University of Toulouse III, France. She has also a Master’s degree in Food Innovation from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy
Since 2017, she has been working as an innovation consultant supporting institutions, entrepreneurs and companies (regardless of size or their field) to study their markets and better understand their consumers. To do so, she combines innovative methodologies including: Design Sprint, Design Thinking, Deep Dive and Agile.
Among the organizations she has collaborated with are: Tetra Pak (Europe), Austrian Startup (Austria), The Good Food Institute (USA), Future Food Institute (Italy), Maki Cultura (Ecuador), Dr. Müller Rice Cakes (Ecuador), Sisterly Nuts (Ecuador), Go to Truckers (USA) and Zecovery (Chile).
She was also a researcher in the food technology department at Natural Resources University of Vienna (Austria) and a junior environmental consultant in the engineering firm VEPICA (Venezuela).
